WHAT TO WEAR

Kids: Basically, come in a pair of jeans and bring several different tops.  The tops should be solid, bright colors (no white or black).

What to wear
*Clothing that is cleaned, pressed, ironed, wrinkle-free, looks like you just bought it
*Solid colors
*Bright colors
*Overalls  for kids under 7
*Barrettes and clips for hair (nothing sparkly or colorful - it should not be noticeable in hair)
*Hair rubber bands, hairbrush, hairspray
*Makeup (keep it natural!):  Lipstick, mascara, eyeshadow.  Stay away from bright pinks, purples,
greens
*Overall, go for the "all-American" GAP look -- you should look like you just stepped out of a MACY's
catalog or a JIFFY peanut butter commercial, for example
*            Clothing from The Children's Place, Limited Too, Gap, Old Navy and Kohls work the best.
*            Tip:  Buy an outfit for the photo shoot, but keep the tags on - return it when you're done!
*             Don't worry about shoes - you won't see them:)

What not to wear
*No solid black
*No solid white
*No gray, beige, cream or dull colors
*No busy patterns
*No logos
