REFUND POLICY (Please read before you register!)

  • There are absolutely no refunds or credits given for any reason.

  • Please make sure you are able to commit before you register because there are no credits or refunds.

  • If your child is not able to participate in a special workshop, your child will be replaced (by the producer) by a child from the waiting list; you may not independently find someone to take your child's spot and have them pay you privately for your child's place.

  • If your child is not able to participate in a workshop, your foreited registration fee will not be treated as a donation or charitable contribution.

  • Depending on registration, classes/ages may be combined.
RFKT is thrilled to announce a very special "Headshot Day."  Yolanda Perez, a top NYC headshot photographer, will be coming to The Random Farms Performing Arts Center (77 Executive Blvd., Elmsford) on Saturday, Novermber 19th & Sunday, November 20th.  Yolanda shoots for all the major theatrical agents and managers.  She also shoots print and editorial, including the print book for Wilhelmina's kids' division, ABC television, The View and more.  You can check out her website at www.ypphoto.com.  Normally, a shoot with Yolanda costs $700.  As a special fundraiser for RFKT, Yolanda will be shooting mini-sessions for kids and teens for $140.  The shoot includes a 20-minute digital session (aprox. 36 shots) and a CD of ALL images.   All shots will be taken in color, but can be converted to black and white later if you choose.  Kids will spend the first part of the session with the hair/makeup stylist. Then they will spend the second part of the shoot with just the photographer.  An assistant will also be on hand to do basic touch-ups while the kids are with the photographer. This is an incredible opportunity to have industry-friendly headshots done locally and inexpensively.

The Random Farms Kids Theater is pleased to announce the return of “Recording Day.”  On July 20 and August 22, we will be bringing a professional audio engineer to our Elmsford studio.  He will be setting up a recording booth and performers will have the opportunity to record a song of their choice from any of our three summer shows (101 Dalmatians, Cinderella or The Sound of Music).
RECORDING DAY
The session lasts 20 minutes and you can choose a time during one of the above two dates this is convenient for you.  The cost to participate is $35 (or $50 after July 14).  You will receive an MP3 file of your session – a great keepsake from the production!

Please note:  Recording Day is intended for grades 3 and up. Our "Jellybeans" (K-2 graders) may sign up, but parents should make sure their child will feel comfortable recording a song in 2 takes, by themselves, in front of a microphone.
The February Vacation Workshop will feature a studio presentation of the musical,
You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown. 

This will be a process-oriented program and each group will be kept small (6-15 performers) for maximum individual instruction.  Role placement will be at the first rehearsal.  There will be an informal performance for family and friends at our Elmsford rehearsal studio on the last day, accompanied by a live pianist.  Please note that the two age groups within each session will sometimes rehearse together but each will have separate performances.

Group A (2nd-4th grade):  9am-1pm
Group B (2nd-9th grade):  9am-1pm (except the last day, which is 1pm-5pm)

Tuesday, February 21 - Thursday, February 23

Group D (2nd-9th grade):  9am-1pm (except the last day, which is 1pm-5pm)
