There are absolutely no refunds or credits given for any reason.
Please make sure you are able to commit before you register because there are no credits or refunds.
If your child is not able to participate in a workshop, your child will be replaced (by the producer) by a child from the waiting list; you may not independandtly find someone to take your child's spot and have them pay you privately for your child's place.
If your child is not able to participate in a workshop, your foreited registration fee will not be treated as a donation or charitable contribution.
RFKT is thrilled to be the resident children's theater at The Tarrytown Music Hall. While we do most of our performances there, occasionally a performance has to be rescheduled (to a different date, time and/or location) due to conflicts or "double bookings" at the theater. We do our best to prevent this, but sometimes it is not possible. In several years, it has only happened a few times. Should a performance need to be rescheduled, and you are not available for the new show time or location, you will be refunded the "performance fee" in the amount of $125. Since this is a process-oriented program, children are encouraged to continue attending rehearsals, even if they cannot perform on the rescheduled date.
COST
The cost for the workshop is $495.00 before March 1st. After March 1stt, the cost is $545.00. This includes your child's costume, less the shoes and tights, which you are asked to provide. Just like our Workshops during the year, cast size is limited to 22-25. As always, every actor is featured with speaking lines and a solo. Our summer program, however, boasts a full day packed with different activities. In addition to plenty of rehearsals, actors will have dance training every day, plus "specials" such as commercial audition technique, improvisation, stage combat and more. At the end of each one-week session, the show is presented on stage at the Tarrytown Music Hall for family and friends to watch, complete with body mics, lavish costumes, lights and scenery. Open to kids in 2nd grade through 8th grade (entering 9th grade in the fall).

Absence Policy
Please do not register if you have any conflicts. Absences and/or "shadowing" (making up a missed rehearsal) are not permitted during one-week intensives. If your child misses a rehearsal (due to illness or otherwise), continuation in the program will be at the discretion of the Producer. Performers may not be late for the last three sessions. Performers who are late to a full run-through or dress rehearsal, for whatever reason, even for illness, are not permitted to perform in the show. Be sure to read the refund policy before you register.
SPECIAL NOTE
Groups may be reconfigured or combined, depending on casting needs and the number of children who register. Please make sure you are available for both group's performances during your session.
